Category/Status:

The new multi-media e-Magazine titled Rematriation is focused on healing from historical and current traumas and empowerment of Native women to rise within their cultural and traditional roles in their communities. This multi-dimensional magazine will include 12 in-depth video interviews of powerhouse Native American women from across the country.

Rematriation will launch next fall with Native women from the North East.  We will finalize the complete list of all 12 women in the next few weeks.  All of the Native women selected are forces to be reckoned with in their own right, many at the forefront fighting for environmental and social justice or in grassroots efforts carrying on traditions that might otherwise disappear.
