Film Festival

The Woodstock Film Festival has established itself as one of the best independent film events in the country by premiering exceptional films by established and emerging filmmakers. The fest also presents A-list concerts, parties, panels, and creates innovative and stimulating programming including Focus on Music, Exposure and the Youth Initiative.

DOC NYC is now accepting submissions for the 2016 edition in the following three categories:

Competition Features (NYC premiere requirement) 

Contemporary documentaries from around the world – 41 minutes or longer – that demonstrate a bold commitment to subject matter, excellence in cinematic craft and innovation in storytelling. Competition sections may vary slightly in 2016, but in the past, there have been two competition sections:

Native Spirit Foundation is pleased to invite filmmakers, organisations and individuals to submit their films to the 10th Native Spirit Festival of Indigenous people to be held at SOAS School of Oriental & African Studies, London.

Native Spirit Festival was founded and directed by indigenous peoples and acts as a platform to promote the voices of indigenous cultures and protection of their rights. Native Spirit Festival is a non-commercial, non-competitive festival.
