Susan Lazarus

Susan Lazarus was Producer of the documentary feature Image Before My Eyes, funded by The National Endowment for the Humanities. As a Post-Production Supervisor she worked on films ranging from Mississippi Masala (Mira Nair), Bob Roberts (Tim Robbins), The Boxer (Jim Sheridan), and Naqoyqatsi (Godfrey Reggio), to The Door in the Floor (Tod Williams), Prime (Ben Younger) and Inside Man (Spike Lee). Associate Producer credits include Phyllis and Harold (Cindy Kleine) and Before You Go (Nicole Betancourt, HBO).

Lazarus more recently supervised post-production on Jim Jarmusch’s The Limits of Control and Allen Coulter’s film Remember Me. An active member of New York Women in Film & Television, she served on the board as Vice-President in charge of Programming and is on the Steering Committee of the Women’s Film Preservation Fund.
