Megan Whitmer

Megan Whitmer specializes in nonprofit/small business development and community engagement for mission-driven enterprises. Her production experience is comprised of strategic media and special events development for nonprofit organizations, including a fundraising campaign video and gala for the Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh which garnered private donations totaling over $200,000. She has assisted in the execution of regional outreach and publicity initiatives for historical preservation institutions including the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and the William T. Piper Aviation Museum. She has also coordinated national training conferences for Community Action Program Legal Services, Inc. (CAPLAW) and the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition. Megan earned an M.A. in Corporate Communication from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit.
