Doug Hawes-Davis is a co-founded High Plains Films in 1992. Since then, he has collaborated on nearly 30 documentaries. His most recent film is All the Labor, the story of the Austin, Texas roots rock band, The Gourds. His film, Facing the Storm, won an Emmy.
