David Cournoyer

David is an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe who has more than a decade of experience in television journalism, video production and communications. David was a television reporter at the local and national levels, working for stations in Albuquerque and Minneapolis and for the Fox News Channel. For the past 15 years, David has worked in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector, serving as communications manager at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and program director at Lumina Foundation for Education. Through other work at the American Indian College Fund and Native Americans in Philanthropy, David has focused much energy in support of Native American education and community development. He recently founded the consulting company, Plain Depth LLC, based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
